We always looking forward to serving our customers. At 5th AVENUE Crafts  we are very intense with customer satisfaction and we will be glad to replace or return products after fulfilling the following conditions:

Replacement or refund can be requested within 02 days from the date of arrival of the product.

If the product is received in a defective condition, the customer may return it or replace it.

The product should not be used and be tightly closed.

In case the customer wishes to replace or return the product because it has nothing to do with the damage to the product, he will bear the shipping value.

Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, expect slight variation in the appearance of each unique piece. Our motto is to make eco-friendly candles using natural materials as much as possible without using harmful coagulants or artificial waxes, so the candle may have small bubbles, chafing, or discoloration. Especially for color candles, it may be seen more.

We will not accept exchanges for any reason other than damage and not refund because all are handcrafted.

5th AVENUE Crafts has the right to refuse to accept any damaged product, not in its original condition

Shipping and delivery charges can not be refunded.

You will be notified as soon as your request has been received and the terms of replacement and refund are fulfilled either by mail or by the Customer Service team.

If the product return request is approved, the value of purchases will be automatically returned to the card used in the purchase within a few days.
